Refund Policy
Healing Broken Trust (HBT) Program
Because of the nature of the healing process we do not offer refunds.
The workshop is offered most months. You will have plenty of opportunities to join either in person or virtually. We recommend you attend the workshop as soon as possible no later than 6 months from signing up. If more time is needed please contact us.
The online classes are available to you and are meant to supplement the workshop portion of the program.
Weekly group meetings are not considered counseling or therapy and any thoughts or advice should not be misconstrued as such.
We make recommendations for how to best use the program in your situation. This is not counseling or therapy. The workshop, weekly group meetings, and online classes are not counseling or therapy.
1-on-1 sessions are available for an additional investment.
Changing dates to an earlier HBT Workshop:
In the event a cancellation occurs in an earlier month, participants may be given an opportunity to attend an HBT Workshop prior to the one they purchased. Participants who agree to move to an earlier month are still eligible for changing their date to a later HBT Workshop, as outlined in the next paragraph, if:
They have not previously used their one-time move and,
They request the change no later than the Friday three weeks prior to the HBT Workshop they moved to.
Changing dates to a later HBT Workshop:
Participants can change to a later HBT Workshop a maximum of one time with their payment transferring to that new HBT Workshop. If more time is needed it is considered on a case by case basis.
There are no refunds and we do not prorate.
