My name is Morgan Robinson.

I am a convert, wife, and mother of 6 children, 4 earth side. I have a masters degree in counseling and applied behavioral sciences and I am a certified Spiritual Director with the Diocese of Tulsa, OK.

I am also enrolled in the Avila Institute’s Spiritual Theology Masters Program. My husband and I have a service called Healing Broken Trust where we have helped couples heal after infidelity since 2006. I enjoy homeschooling my children, collecting and reading books, and being with friends.

Not everyone is ready for spiritual direction. Let’s determine if spiritual direction is right for you. Request an appointment HERE.

There is no charge for spiritual direction at this time. Instead I ask that you please consider making a donation to sponsor a couple to participate in one of our programs. Any amount helps.

What is Spiritual Direction and How Can It Help?

Spiritual Direction is intended to help individuals grow in holiness and deepen their connection with God in a confidential setting.

Spiritual directors are like a coach, a counselor, and a friend…

The role can be compared to that of a coach because I offer encouragement, guidance, and instruction; like a counselor, providing a listening ear, insight, and support; and a friend, offering comfort and companionship.

At its core, however, Spiritual Direction centers on the directee’s personal relationship with God. It is a process aimed at nurturing one’s prayer life under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, who is ultimately the true guide in this journey.

In my role, I support those seeking to discern God’s will, navigate challenges in prayer, gain insight into how God might be acting in their lives, become more aware of God’s presence in everyday moments, and learn how to recognize God’s voice among many others.

What Does It Mean to Grow In Holiness?

To be holy means to be set apart for God’s perfect plan. We are all created for a specific purpose. Growing in holiness is becoming what God has ultimately designed for you. The problems arise when we are trying to discern what it is that God has for us. What does God want for me? The world offers so much noise and it can be hard to hear God without help. That is where I can be useful.
