Almost everyone has a story of injury or hurt. Most of us get stuck somewhere along the way trying to work through it.
One of the cornerstones of the Healing Broken Trust method is the emphasis on trauma therapies.
Why? Because lasting change depends on healing the deep wounds created by, and worsened by, broken trust.
When we’re stuck in such deep pain it’s so very hard to live life fully. I can relate. I’ve been there too.
Let me introduce you to the time tested tools I’ve gained as an Licensed Professional Counselor and after working closely with Brad.
These tools will help you even if you’re struggling with stress, flashbacks, unable to sleep, unable to heal, and lacking peace.
If you’re working on your relationship and still can’t find relief, trauma therapy is the next step.
Stephanie Echols, Groups Facilitator
Our group facilitator, Stephanie, has a passion for helping couples heal when trust has been broken.
She and her husband came to Brad as clients and are six years past the pain of an affair. After their experience and healing, they both realized they wanted to use their story to help others avoid the same pain. Over the past 5 years they have been mentoring couples with the goal that their story of healing can give hope to hurting couples.
An office manager by day, Stephanie spends her free time pursuing a degree in Crisis Counseling and volunteering with her church as a Stephen Minister helping people in crisis.
